i want to ask this kid to my junior prom. he thinks we're just friends but the truth is that i really like him. How should i ask him. Should i just be straightforward about it or just ask him if he wants to go as friends? im so confused...help please!!!I need advice from both guys and girls?

If u really like him, then just go up to him and say i really like u, and he will understand and like u back, and if not well then make him jelous with a more better dude.I need advice from both guys and girls?
