think about late at night (midnight onwards). This is often the most creative time. dont force anything either, it never works, or sounds right. dont write songs about anything, write about topics and issues that concern/interest you.
or you could just get totally high/drunk and see what happens.

start writing something else and then something will click on the other one once you have given it time.
Listen to artists that you love and respect as songwriters and gain inspiration that always helps me out.
