During the middle of july i weighed around 210 pounds and up till now i now weigh 174-5 pounds. I now want to build muscle and stuff but i still have some fat left. So usually i go to the gym around 4 times a week for 2 -2 hours 30 minutes. Im on the treadmill for 6 miles and then i workout, but these days 6 miles a day is just too much, so i was thinking about going to the gym everyday for around 1hour 15minuteish everyday, run 3 miles and workout more. which one would be better?Can you guys give me advice/help me with how many times i should go to the gym?

Dude if u really want to build muscle u should first set ur priority straight. If u want to lose wt. go for cardio n if u wanna make muscle do routine workout. The best option for u 2 build muscles is that u should do cardio 1ce or twice a week (no workout). Rest of the week concentrate on ur workout(but dont do cardio).Keep ur workout regular.After 2-3 months ur stamina n strenght will b increased n u'll b lifting heavy weights easily. To grow muscle u should consume protein food such as cereals, pulses,eggs n other protein shakes.Try this 4 two months n u'll def. get good results. Gud luck.
