If he does that with more than two or three girls, then he's just playing around. If he's usually quiet and doesn't really talk to other girls, then most likely, he likes you. However, those kind of things are really hard to figure out...You can never be sure. The best thing you can do is just flirt or play back...see what he does and just wing it after that.
