I need advice from shy guys?

I like this guy on my bus who's realllly shy but seems really sweet. We like some of the same bands but we never get to talk because we're always listening to our iPods. I want to tell him how I feel and find out if he's interested but I'm really nervous. Is it okay if I give him a note telling him? Do shy guys get annoyed by this?I need advice from shy guys?
shy guyshave no cinfidence to talk to girls. They don't know how. No guy wants to look or sound foolish in front of anyone, especially a pretty girl.

if heis shyt he will avoid you after you give it to him. just confront him about it in a subtle way in person
Don't give him a note... Go sit beside him instead... If you're both listening to your iPods, then motion him to pull his plugs off.. then you can start by talking slightly about music.. perhaps ask to switch iPods for a moment or for a song, and you can even let him listen to a song you think you'd dedicate to him (just don't tell him...yet) ...Afterwards, you can initiate by asking him if he'd like to hang out with you sometime coz you like his music too and you're interested to find out what other music he likes (start with music, it's your common denominator) because you think you might find new bands through him (which he may also like) that you might like but wouldn't have known of before. You know he's shy, so be the one to break the wall down and make the first move. It's okay. Ball's in your court. :)
the thing about shy guys is that they dont like to be notied and wen they r shy they may hav some other backrounds so u should ge 2 no them all bettr
